Items in good condition are resold in our stores and provide funds for our charity partners. Items that cannot be resold are responsibly recycled to prevent them from ending up in landfills.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Our daily sales change every day, but we do have regular sales every Tuesday and Sunday. Tuesday is Senior day. Ages 60+ get 25% off their purchase. Sunday is VIP day. VIP members can show their card at checkout to get 25% off full priced items excluding jewelry. Become a VIP member by downloading the Thrift Giant mobile app.

• Return policy – All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. • Missing tag – No item may be sold if price tag is loose, missing, or altered. Items will be retagged and placed on the floor the following business day. • Fair prices – We have made every effort to price our items fairly. No employee is authorized to reduce prices.
